For three days during Labor Day weekend, the historic Marietta Square will come alive with 200+ fine artists, chalk art, activities for children, live music and more at Marietta Art in the Park.

Cobb County’s only fine art festival, this 39th-annual event is expected to draw more than 55,000 attendees. In addition to enjoying the festival features, visitors can browse numerous businesses, restaurants and cultural institutions located in the historic neighborhood.

The 39th Annual Marietta Art in the Park takes place Aug. 30–Sept. 1, 2025, from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. daily. The juried Artist Market features more than 200 artists from across the country, live music, the popular Chalk Spot (presented by GPB) street art display, and a variety of creative activities in the Children’s Art Alley.

Guests can also browse local shops and galleries and enjoy food and drinks from area restaurants.

Admission is free, with a $10 fee for Chalk Spot participation (includes sidewalk chalk and two tickets to the North Georgia State Fair while supplies last). For details, visit artparkmarietta.com.
