Annual Country Memories Day

The 37th Annual Country Memories Day is presented by the McVeytown Volunteer Fire Co. and in conjunction with the McVeytown Lions Club.

Market Street in McVeytown will be closed to traffic so that more than 100 vendors can flood the streets with uniquely creative items! Enjoy food trucks, entertainment on the Square, demonstrations, shopping and more.

Check-in will begin at 6 a.m. for all registered vendors.
Breakfast will be served near the town square from 6 to 10 a.m.
Returning favorites and first-time vendors including food and many different makers, artisans and craft booths will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The opening ceremony starts at 9 a.m. with the flag-raising, the national anthem, and a
warm welcome.

There will be a Strolling Magician sharing deviously good magic throughout the day. Look for Free face painting for the kids. Plus an exciting photo opportunity for all. It’s a family friendly day filled with food, fun and shopping local. There’s definitely something for everyone!

Musical entertainment is held on the Square.
Country Memories Day collectible commemorative items will be available.
