The Center for Art, Culture, and History, Exeter, or CACHE, will be hosting its classic cinema season finale December 2nd at 6 p.m. The selected film is the holiday favorite It’s a Wonderful Life.
George Bailey has given up his personal dreams in order to help others in his community and considers taking his life on Christmas Eve. This brings about the intervention of his guardian angel, Clarence, who shows George all the lives he touched and what the world would be like had he not existed. This all-time classic 1946 film stars Jimmy Stewart, Donna Reed, and Lionel Barrymore, and was directed by the legendary Frank Capra.
Vintage and/or holiday dress is encouraged but not required to attend. Screenings will be shown in our upstairs facility, and film discussions will follow, hosted by Aida and Lee Bartoletti of Exeter, CA. Bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Please arrive before 6 p.m. to peruse CACHE, socialize, and select your seating. Doors will close at 6 p.m.
