Join the U.S. Geological Survey Eastern Ecological Science Center for a FREE Earth Day Open House Event on Sunday, April 28 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The center will be hosting a free Open House and Earth Day celebration. The day’s events will include hands-on exhibits, crafts, demonstrations and tours of the facility. Demonstrations will highlight science and activities ongoing at the center. Events will include crafts from recycled materials, learning about amphibians, learning about life cycles of fish, bug bonanza, how to track genes, learning about the North American Breeding Bird Survey and more. Join us for an afternoon of fun and learning about our ongoing work.
