Endings and Beginnings - New Year's Eve Sound Bath

Join Certified Sound Facilitator Adriana Dobbs of Serenity Sounds for a New Year's Eve Sound Bath. As we say goodbye to 2024 and welcome the possibilities of 2025, join us for a transformative sound bath experience designed to help you reflect, release, and reset.

Through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, this session will guide you in letting go of what no longer serves you and setting intentions for the year ahead.

Sound therapy helps you transition into the new year with peace, purpose, and alignment. 

This Sound Bath will be a lying-down experience. Yoga mats(to lay on, No movement practice), blankets, and a small bolster will be provided. You may bring any extra pillows or blankets for your comfort. Being well-hydrated optimizes the benefits of a sound bath, as the sound waves and vibrations reach us on a cellular level. Please dress comfortably.

While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, low blood pressure, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women should seek medical advice prior to attending a session.

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 6:00 pm. Please do not knock.

Please note that a sound bath provided by Serenity Sounds is intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. However, sound therapy is a complementary practice and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
