Featuring Corrita Myers and Suzanne Nawrot

Conversing in color refers to the use of color as a means of communication and expression. In art, colors can evoke emotions, convey meanings, and create sensory experiences. Suzanne and Corrita have created exquisite pieces of art to convey their intended messages of POWER, GROWTH, HEALING, HOPE and HAPPINESS to create visual harmony or contrast. They are extremely excited to have you visit Artworks and experience “Conversing in Colour”.

Corrita is a mixed media and abstract artist. “My art is created through curiosity, dreams, and inspiration.”  Suzanne is a jewelry artist who works in precious metal and semi-precious stones. The stones themselves inspire Suzanne’s creations.

Also, this month our guest artist is Tara Hamilton Ms. Hamilton is a watercolorist who tries to use the special qualities of the medium to capture color and the contrasts of light and dark in her representational studies of landscapes, florals and everyday urban and rural scenes, as seen in “Pennsylvania Farmland”. She has a particular interest in finding the beauty of daily scenes around us, and the color pallet in nature.

Money spent locally stays in the local economy and continues to strengthen the economic base of the entire community. Small local businesses make indispensable contributions to communities and neighborhoods. Supporting local artists allows them the opportunity to continue to serve their communities. You will often see members of Artworks@7th supporting local charities and organizations by participating in art shows, teaching workshops, and donating items for fundraisers.
