Michelle Andrade: Everything’s Fine, a solo presentation of work by Michelle Andrade, features work in mixed-media, drawing, and book form, all of which are colored by the artist’s discrete use of humor, irony, and sensitivity in attempting to make sense of the tensions of daily life. Michelle Andrade is a Los Angeles-based artist who works in a range of media including paper and ink, acrylic, book form, and edible sculptures. She earned her Master of Fine Arts from Otis College of Art and Design, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts from The School of the Art Institute, Chicago.
