The 2025 Festival of Ice features demonstrations by professional ice carvers on Friday, January 17 in the Carmel Arts and Design District. Join the fun on Saturday, January 18 at The Ice at Carter Green for the People’s Choice carving competition and the Carmel Fire Department chili cook-off. On Sunday, January 19 there will be speed carving at The Ice at Carter Green. Bring your family and friends for this free and open to the public event.
