Happy Noon Year at Longview Public Library

Children 6 years and younger are invited with their grown-ups to celebrate a countdown to noon on New Year's Eve. We'll have crafts, dancing, and a balloon drop at the hour, followed by a sparkling cider "toast" and cupcakes. Siblings are welcome.
