International Cultural Festival

The International Cultural Festival (ICF), founded in 2018, is more than an event - it's a global celebration of culture, unity, and community. Hosted by the MZ Foundation, Movement Moves Media, InnaStar Inc. and The Rilyc, the festival brings together people of all backgrounds to experience the richness of world traditions through food, art, music, and interactive activities.

This year's Allentown festival will be our biggest yet, filling Cedar Beach Park with performances, exhibits, food trucks, and family fun from 2 PM to 10 PM.

The International Cultural Festival empowers youth through internships, showcases, and public performance opportunities, while supporting small and disadvantaged businesses with low-cost vending. With roots in Allentown, PA, and and expansion to Warri, Nigeria in 2023 and East Stroudsburg, PA in 2026, the festival continues to grow as a platform of unity and cultural exchange.
