Join us for a culinary experience you won’t Bee-Lieve!

Back by popular demand… a collaboration between Master Beekeeper Pete Fryckman and Powisset’s own Chef Thi, this class will share the wonders of beekeeping and the flavor profiles of fresh honey combined with a lesson in creating seeded honey for use in the home kitchen. We’ll sample honeyed bits and bites including honey-infused cocktails and farm veggies. You’ll leave inspired, and provisioned with new knowledge, delicious recipes and an elevated appreciation of the importance of bees in our daily lives.

Pete Fryckman is the 95th graduate of the Cornell University Master Beekeeper program, a member of the Eastern Apicultural Society, MASSBEE, and the Norfolk County Beekeepers Association; he is a favorite mentor to new beekeepers.
