New Year’s Intention Yoga and Vision Boarding Event

Rituals are powerful. They create a container to hold a singular focus for our mind and body.

What we are wanting to let go of or manifest, is held for a moment in time.

We will create a healing space to breathe, reflect, feel, release, and receive. This loving ritual includes:

We will reflect on the past, arrive in the now, and set heart promises for what will unfold. This is about living with purpose. We are on this journey together and that’s a beautiful thing. Looking forward to sharing this special time. It’s going to be brilliant.
