October in Depot Town: Where the Strange & Wonderful Come Out to Play!
Step into a whirl of delight every Weekend night this October in historic Depot Town! We’ve conjured up a month-long celebration packed with chills, thrills, and one-of-a-kind fun for all ages:
- Mini-Haunted Caboose & Selfie Booth: Our historic caboose transforms into a spook-tacular haunt—perfectly creepy (but not too scary) for little ghouls and grown-ups alike! Fridays, 6:30–9pm (except Halloween).
- Phantoms Trail Treasure Hunt: Embark on a riddle-filled adventure across Depot Town! Pick up your first clues at any participating shop and solve your way through games, puzzles, and surprises—do it all in one night or savor the hunt all month long until the 25th.
- Live Entertainment Every Weekend:
- The A7 Marching Band brings the beat (18th)
- Jimmy the Magnificent wows with magic (11th)
- Balloon animal workshops, fire dancers, and street performers (11th)
- The inaugural Depot Town Cat Crawl—costumes encouraged! (25th)
- Costume Contests, Scary Movies & More:
- Catch cult-classic scary movies on the Sidetracks patio (Saturdays)
- Watch haunted skeletons roam our historic streets, scope out our beautiful decor (all month)
- Celebrate local talent at the Michigan Author Spotlight at This, That & the ODDer things (Sundays 5-7pm)
