Performance - It's a Wonderful Life

Bellevue Little Theatre in Olde Towne Bellevue will present an original adaptation of the screenplay of 'It's a Wonderful Life' on weekends. Tickets are on sale through blt.simpletix.com.
 
The play was adapted from the original screenplay by D. Laureen Pickle and John Arnsdorff. The pair has been working on this adaptation for over a year, with careful attention given to the original message of the original. The characters have been enriched, and the new adaptation is a 'play with music', featuring songs of the era, as well as holiday songs. The adaptation was written with the BLT in mind, and is staged accordingly. Serving as director is D. Laureen Pickle, assisted by John Arnsdorff. Stage Manager is Riley Pope, costumes Leah Skrupa Metzger. lighting designer, Joey Lorincz; sound designer Joe Mokrycki; set designer, Jim Farner, props, John Arnsdorff The story of 'It's a Wonderful Life' has become a holiday classic, and the BLT is happy to welcome it to the stage.
