RavenCon is a Richmond-based, fan-run convention. One of the hidden gems of Central Virginia, it was founded on a love for Edgar Allan Poe and the desire to bring the geek community together. Our local staff is here all year long, supporting local businesses and hanging out at your favorite geek hot spots. RavenCon, first held in 2006 by a passionate group of local fans, is a vibrant Science Fiction and Fantasy convention. Our mission is to provide a dynamic forum where fans and professionals can engage and explore their interests in literature, art, gaming, podcasting, costuming, science, and music. We work hard to provide an action-packed weekend filled with exciting activities for everyone!
