We will have several spots available inside as well as outside and under the Tech Building!
This will not just be your average swap meet! We will also be having our 2023 Awards Ceremony and the final Test & Tune prior to the Season Opening, the following weekend!
We will allow all swap meet participants no mater what you want to bring! That being said we will have you separated in to different areas of the facility.
Inside the building will be for Racing related items.
Under the Tech Building and in the Pitts will be for Racing & Automotive related items.
The Grandstand Parking will be for any and all items. The Grandstand Parkingclassification if successful will continue into a weekly event. If it takes off we will also auction stuff off weekly for those interested.
$2 per person covers the Grandstands and Tier Parking only
$5 pit pass will allow you to go into the PITS as well
$20 per car that is being ran in the Test & Tune
Grandstand Parking Booths will be $15 (40×20) This includes 2 free Grandstand entry's
Tech Building Booths will be $25 a bay (4 bays available) an additional $5 per bay if need electricity, Does not cover Pit Pass entry
Pit Parking Booths will be Free w/paid $5 pit pass
Main Building $10 per table (tables provided approximately 2x6 and will include a 10x10 area) an additional $5 if need electricity.
Will be open to food trucks as well! $20 set up fee
Can start reserving spots Monday the 22 of January. Will post availability in the comments starting at 8am January 22nd.
