Outdoor Program: Veterans Day Wreath-Laying Ceremony

Join us on Veterans Day as we lay a wreath at the feet of "Ready," the memorial to the soldiers from East Hartford who died in the First World War. There will be a short program followed by a reading of the names on the monument, the laying of the wreath, and the tolling of the bells at First Congregational Church. Meet on the front lawn of Raymond Library. Register for a reminder, and to be notified in the event of cancelation for inclement weather. For all ages.
