The Sight & Sound of Pink Floyd presents “ECLIPSE 2024” at Akron Civic Theatre on Friday April 5, 2024 to benefit the Akron Children’s Hospital Haslinger Palliative Care Center. Celebrating the upcoming 2024 Eclipse that occurs 3 days later with a new laser light show that will guide you to the Dark Side of the Moon and back - and featuring Pink Floyd classics & obscurities of all eras, from Syd Barrett to the Division Bell - each ticket holder will receive a Free pair of Eclipse Solar Filter Glasses courtesy of WYWH. Since 2013, Wish You Were Here’s past 7 benefit concerts in conjunction with the Akron Civic Theater and WONE have raised over $183,000 for Akron Children’s Hospital and The Haslinger Pediatric Palliative Care Center. Wish You Were Here presents North America’s biggest, most authentic Pink Floyd stage production - in a spectacular tribute of music, performers, lasers, lighting, videos and inflatables.
