Inline Skates & Skateboards
Located in Chippewassee Park, just over the Tridge in downtown Midland you can find Trilogy Skate Park. This 15,000-square-foot facility offers the latest in outdoor fun for both skateboards and in-line skates. Helmets and other safety gear are strongly suggested. For safety reasons, bikes are not allowed inside the skate park.
Hours
Hours of operation are Sunday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. The park is lighted for evening skating. In the winter months the park will not be available if snow is present.
Roller Hockey
Located at the entrance to Emerson Park is a regulation-size hockey rink that serves as an in-line skate rink during the summer and an ice rink during the winter. The rink at Emerson Park is lighted until 10 p.m. for evening skating. This is a non-scheduled facility, so stop by any time.
Hockey nets are provided. Bring your own equipment. Safety gear is strongly suggested. During the winter months, view the Emerson rink conditions and search for “Midland Parks and Recreation.”
Pere Marquette Rail Trail
30 miles of asphalt are just what you and your inline skates need for a great workout. The 12-foot-wide trail extends all the way to the City of Clare. The trail begins at the Farmer's Market, located at the foot of Ashman St. in downtown Midland. Non-motorized vehicles only.
