As some of you may have noticed we started out with an extensive barrel collection on our brew floor. The first beer brewed here was a Sour Red Ale, that went straight into wine barrels to age. The complexity and unpredictability of these mixed fermentation ales keep bringing us back for more.
We want to take all of September to showcase some of our favorites we have brewed here, and bring in some friends beers as well.
